I got off track AGAIN!!

but I am back withit today…..I’ve gotten myself a journal and have logged everything I’ve eaten so far today…….my problem is when I get home in the afternoons..I feel like I am gonna starve to death…and of course I rum to the junk food………I did manage to go grocery shopping and bought some salad fixings and some fresh fruit…so that I have that to fall back on…….my mini goal is 2 pounds and once i lose this I will aim for 2 more….I do know that as soon as I walk in the door this afternoon I am heading straight for my treadmill…….because if I sit my tail down…I know its all over with for the day………………I could really use buddies…

ok–this time is for real

well here I am again….I keep saying i’m gonna lose weight but i bomb after a few days……I’d lost 12 pounds over the summer and I’ve gained back 5 already…so needless to say…its time…….my jeans are getting snug and I surely cant afford to buy new ones right now…so I need to get my butt in gear and lose some weight……my goal is to lost 5 lbs..to get back to where I was…..then from there who know how much more i will try for………I’d love to have some friends to help to motivate me…

doing ok this week

well here i am again–and hopefully I will succeed this time—better yet–i know i will—been drinking a slim fast for breakfast and it really helps me—i am not a big breakfast eater——i have been doing well at lunch as well as supper–so i guess in a few days we will see——i’m still looking for buddies if you wanna add me—-

Ok–so here it is Monday and very dreary—but I will do well today—got everything all planned out—first gotta have my coffee–then i will work on eating my breadfast.  I am gonna lose this weight–I have twin boys and I wanna be healthy for them and for myself..so this time I will stick with it———my dr says i need to be 155 for my BMI to be normal and thats borderline so that puts me needing to lose around 20 pounds…..any support and motivation would help……thanks buddies..

Its that time of year AGAIN!

Well today I am having oatmeal and an orange.  Pretty good so far.  I am 169 pounds and want to lose a little weight.  I am having to learn this site all over again.  Lots of changes have been made-

Well, I’m back! Again!

Its been forever since I have been on here.  I am at my highest weight yet-171-I am so tired of feeling the way i do.  I am going to start by losing 5 pounds and work my way up.  My overall goal is to lose 25-30.  I’ve bought a  few new exercise videos-so I am hoping that they help me some.  I haven’t eaten as much as I normally do, so thats a start too.  Wish me luck!

starting over

Well I am back after…well its been so long I can’t remember.  I have gained back all the weight I lost and then some.  I am at 164 this morning.  It is gonna be swimsuit season soon and I really need to shed some weight.  I am trying to count calories.  Can someone help me figure the amount I need to eat to lose-I think 1200 is it but I am not 100% on that.  I am 164 pounds at 5′8″ and I walk 30 minutes a day (if that helps).  I want to lose around 20 pounds or so.

Doing good so far

Well, I actually walked 2 miles yesterday.  Felt really good to get outside and do something.  Am going to try again today for 2 miles.  It is suppose to be around 70 here today so the weather is perfect for walking.  I am still doing well on my points too.  I know I said this before, but this time I am really going to stick with it.  It will be summertime before you know it and I wanna be baithing suit ready.

I have lots of capris that I can’t fit into now, but I’m hoping that in a couple of weeks, I will be able to.

Man I just typed a really long blog and it was eaten or something-

To make a long story short, I have found a friend that I haven’t spoken to for 17 years (7th grade best friend).  I had to move -yada yada yada.

Anyway we are doing the WW diet together and I am actually sticking to it this time.  Haven’t been able to tell if I’ve lost any TOM is paying a visit right now, so we’ll see next week.

Day 2….

Well its day 2 for me.  I didn’t go 100% low carb yesterday but I did a lot better than I would have if I weren’t trying.  I ate some chicken and pastry which has carbs but thats really all I ate that had carbs.  Oh well.  I did manage to get my ole treadmill out and do some walking while watching the Young and the Restless last night.  Man time really flies while you’re watching tv.  I aslo drank around 40 oz of water too.  I know thats not enough, but its better than I was doing.

So far today I haven’t had anything to eat.  Still trying to decide what I want to eat for breakfast.
