I got off track AGAIN!!
but I am back withit today…..I’ve gotten myself a journal and have logged everything I’ve eaten so far today…….my problem is when I get home in the afternoons..I feel like I am gonna starve to death…and of course I rum to the junk food………I did manage to go grocery shopping and bought some salad fixings and some fresh fruit…so that I have that to fall back on…….my mini goal is 2 pounds and once i lose this I will aim for 2 more….I do know that as soon as I walk in the door this afternoon I am heading straight for my treadmill…….because if I sit my tail down…I know its all over with for the day………………I could really use buddies…
