starting over

Well I am back after…well its been so long I can’t remember.  I have gained back all the weight I lost and then some.  I am at 164 this morning.  It is gonna be swimsuit season soon and I really need to shed some weight.  I am trying to count calories.  Can someone help me figure the amount I need to eat to lose-I think 1200 is it but I am not 100% on that.  I am 164 pounds at 5′8″ and I walk 30 minutes a day (if that helps).  I want to lose around 20 pounds or so.

    Yah its bad if you have yoyo dieting and stick with the the real thing. Me to had a problem like that. I dont know if this will work for you. Try s some hula hoop its good! About the calories.. hummm 1,200 a day. heheh i ate half of those but not advisable. You have to carbohydrates so that you will not feel weak. Oats will be good and for the meat, fish steam or broiled…
